As soon as we receive notification of your purchase, we will review the submitted information and contact you within 48 hours. To expedite the process, please prepare your logos in advance. We require high-quality files in the following formats:

• For print: Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) or high-resolution raster files (PNG, TIFF) at 300 DPI minimum

• For online/digital: PNG or SVG files with transparent backgrounds preferred

The more logo variations you provide, the better we can ensure optimal quality across all applications. Please note that logos may be rejected if they do not meet our quality standards.

Partner Responsibilities: All partners are responsible for providing materials for goodie bags as well as any materials needed for a successful table setup. We will provide tables, chairs, and power access, but tablecloths and all other promotional materials, displays, brochures, and giveaways must be supplied by each partner.

Goodie Bag Requirements:

• Deadline: All goodie bag materials must be submitted by August 20, 2025

• Quantity: We aim to create 100+ goodie bags, so please provide sufficient quantities

STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED: Items will be rejected if they contain political candidate names, images, endorsements, political party logos, slogans, messaging, campaign materials, voter guides, religious proselytizing materials, controversial social or political causes, inappropriate, offensive or explicit content, competing event promotions, items that could be considered weapons or safety hazards, perishable food items, liquids, materials that violate copyright or trademark laws, content that discriminates against any group or individual, or items with poor print quality, spelling errors, or unprofessional appearance. Additionally, any materials that do not align with the professional, inclusive, and non-partisan nature of this event will be rejected.

Social Media Engagement: Partners are encouraged to actively engage on social media with the event. Please share posts, stories, and updates about your participation to help promote the event and maximize attendance.

Partnership Review: We reserve the right to decline any partnership that we feel is not in the best interest of the event, athletes, attendees, venue, or other stakeholders. If this occurs, you will be refunded immediately and notified via email.

All materials must maintain the professional, inclusive, and non-partisan nature of this event.

There are no refunds however In the event that the Philly PushPull5k is cancelled all sponsors will be refunded. If you are cool with the former, let’s party!
